The Same Old Saying
The old saying people in this world are always telling each other is to never judge a book by its cover. Judging books by their cover is one of my bad habits. I always look at people and tend to judge them on how they look and what their clothes look like. Outward appearances can be very deceptive though. There are people in school who dress a certain way and all of a sudden i will be surprised by their behavior. They could be dressed like a typical nerd or geek then you find out in class they are not smart at all, or not have the best clothes or will not like the brightest kid then they end up getting the best grade in class. That is one of the problems in the world today. What we value in America today is empty. People are always looking at others and automatically think they know every detail about that person's life. A significant other's appearances would be important to me because I would want my wife to look nice and I would not want to be embarrassed to bring her around my friends and family. This view may seem wrong but unfortunately it is how America is today.

ReplyDeleteYes I would want to be able to not judge people so much by how they look.
DeleteDo you think your views of judgement is implemented onto our generation due to the harsh social media?
ReplyDeleteYes I believe social media has a way of persuading and influencing the judgements I and many people make.
DeleteAre looks important to you?
